Updated com.android.tools.build:gradle with version 3.2 to fix AAPT2 error (travis ¬¬)
Updated many dependencies with new versions and update the targetSdkVersion with the new version of sdk, 28 (Android Pie)
And updated gradle to version 4.10.2, the latest
