German translation of PDF Pager. I like your progress very much and I am thus able to contribute a little. I am hopefully doing it right as I have no experience yet with forks, branches and pull requests.

I noticed that translation strings seem to be missing for the header entries. Also for the subsequent pages like for "Custom PDF". I also hope I did translate actorType.Hint and itemType.Hint correctly (in a meaning full way as to make matters understandable).

The file should have been created in the languages directory, but I can move it there easily.

0.30.0 should include your translations, and should also use the translations for Actor and Item types (if they are available in the game systems you are playing).

Thanks a lot. I will take a look on the weekend how to do it and how to translate the missing entries which you have added so quickly :)
