Section links don't work with explicit zoom level #59

Links to sections work normally, but when the explicit zoom level is set, then "&zoom=xxx" is appended to the URL, and this breaks the string for the section blob.

The correct syntax is now being used so that both the bookmark and preferred zoom settings can be passed to the pdfjs library. Fixed in 0.39.4
