Automatic fields not auto-populated by PDF #91

When a ship type is selected in FB002_SHIP_SHEET_FORM_FILLABLE_V1.0.pdf, some fields are auto-populated.

When the Actor sheet is reopened, the auto-populated fields are blank (although this might also be because they are marked as editable).

"select" elements need the "input" event to be triggered when copying values from foundry to the PDF.
