Change license from GPL-3.0 to MIT. #18

We're making this change in advance of the 0.1.0 release to make it more permissive, so anyone who wants to use this library to connect to farmOS servers can do so, even if it's part of a proprietary application. I'm asking @mstenta and @paul121, as the other contributors to this repository, to approve this PR.
