Logs API #404

This includes the necessary changes to the API and documentation so that Field Modules can load (#385), sync (#384) and perform CRUD operations (#383) on logs. It also incudes a new implementation of farmLog (#358). It represents the bulk of changes required to complete milestone 0.7.0.
