I'm splitting this issue off #432 so I can break it down into smaller chunks.

[x] farmOS.js: combine bundles/responses in adapter.js, rather than connect/index.js
[x] standardize return types in fetch/sync actions
[x] error handling in fetch/sync actions
[x] fetch/sync logs, assets and terms from Tasks.vue
