Rename this repository to `field-kit` #478

We've been talking about this recently so figured we were passed due to open an issue. Maybe we can do this next week.

Also, I'm cleaning out all the old Cordova stuff tonight and I noticed our COPYRIGHT.txt still refers to this as the farmOS-native project. :grimacing: Gonna hold off on that one for now, but we definitely want to change that.

Can you think of any places that reference farmOS-client?

The source-repos.js in farmOS.org does not (yet): https://github.com/farmOS/farmOS.org/blob/main/source-repos.js

Nothing else comes to mind... ?

Oh, good point. Won't be an issue though until we need to deploy a fresh build. I say, let's pull the trigger!
