Processing Longer Audio Clips #2

Hi, thank you very much for sharing this code. I am wondering if you could assist me in understanding how to change the code to process a longer audio clip (30seconds)? Or, would it be better to chop the 30second into 15 2 seconds segments and then process the 15 segments?
