I haven't bought the collection myself, so I can't verify. But according to Steam forums, the games seem to have been ported, so it's unlikely that you can extract playable ROMs from the collections. https://steamcommunity.com/app/1798010/discussions/0/3818531444651028179/

Scratch that, the collections seem to use emulation: https://steamcommunity.com/app/1798010/discussions/0/3818531444651028179/#c3818531444654299209
That's what I get for not reading the entire thread first.
Edit: The Steam thread also has information on how to locate and extract the GBA ROMs.
I can Confirm that this method work with all the GBA Games

Awesome! I was worried they were rebuilt like the MegaMan Zero/ZX collection. Looks like I have a project tonight!
I was in the process of creating a wiki page for this, but I realized that there was something crucial that we missed; has anyone dumped the e-Reader card ROMs from the collection? My hunch is that they are in the “reader.dat” file, but I found no matches when I uncompressed it. Does anyone have any ideas?
Is it possible to extract roms from the steam version?
