Support for Sega Mega Drive Classic Collection: Gold Edition #124

I've added info about the disc-based classics collection in https://github.com/farmerbb/RED-Project/wiki/Sega-Mega-Drive-&-Genesis-Classics but ran into a problem.

I've started adapting https://github.com/GMMan/PscdPack/ to a command-line utility to build it on Linux, but it fails to open the .PAK files, which means they might be in a different format.

Could someone please verify that the original PscdPack can open and dump the disc .PAK files?

And I used PowerISO to convert the bin/cue files to ISO to be able to open it.

You can use WinCDEmu to mount disc images without converting them to ISO. This is my personal software of choice when messing around with this kind of stuff.
