PS1 - Console Classics #37

I found a couple of threads where it was shown how to extract N20 for the PS1. Apparently, this works with all PS1 games from Console Classics on Steam.

Credit to the following for suppling the methods:

I copied the cue info from each .exe with a HEX editor and pasted the info into a text .cue file. These have been uploaded to Mediafire link here, along with a batch file to run the command line in the steps below. https://www.mediafire.com/folder/jch9e0rq4y6ef/PS1_CUE_(Console_Classics_-_Steam)

Let me know if there is a better place to post these files. XOR.exe isn't my file so I didn't want to hotlink it directly.

======= Extraction:

1) Download "Xor 0.2" ZIP (http://aluigi.altervista.org/mytoolz.htm) 2) Extract all files to the same folder with GameData.dat. (/Steam/steamapps/common/[Game Title]/data/GameData.dat) 2) Run in a command line "xor.exe GameData.dat GameData.bin 0x42" directly from the GameData.dat folder. (or launch "extract.bat" from MediaFire link) 3) Rename the extracted GameData.bin to the listed SLES/SLUS title below. 4) Match the BIN to the CUE in the MediaFire link above and it will work on PS1 emulators.

All of the Console Classics games on Steam have been delisted as of November 30, 2023. The Humble versions are still for sale. For completeness, here is the link for Console Classics' N2O on humble: https://www.humblebundle.com/store/n2o-nitrous-oxide

It seems that the Console Classics are slowly being relisted by Piko, original store page and all.
