Orientation, forced portrait mode, HDMI output landscape fail #55

I'm trying to Output portrait mode so that I can rotate my larger monitor vertically while mirroring. However the HDMI output always shows portrait output. I need the HDMI output to remain in landscape mode while displaying and unrotated version of portrait orientation. So that I may manually rotate the monitor myself resulting in a vertical full-screen picture. Please let me know how to fix the issue

In other words I need to disable rotation for HDMI output in portrait orientation. the results should output a full screen version of portrait mode rotated at 90 degrees.

Same problem here!I want to use my monitor vertically and have my phone projected on it. The hdmi output rotation is disabled in the latest version, so the issue 2 yrs ago still persist. Can anyone fix this?

Any updates on this? Why is the HDMI output option greyed out?
