Failed to run ADB on NON ROOT devices? #61

adb shell pm grant com.farmerbb.secondscreen.free android.permission.WRITE_SECURE_SETTINGS Operation not allowed: java.lang.SecurityException: grantRuntimePermission: Neither user 2000 nor current process has android.permission.GRANT_RUNTIME_PERMISSIONS.
