feature request: Add custom notification/quick settings shade

So, right now tapping on clock/indicators zone if enabled, opens default device notification shade that is not only located on top of the device, but also centered. Since Taskbar already have notification access, it'd be great to add custom notification shade (and toggle to switch back to default), like it is done in Sentio Desktop. But Sentio Desktop supports only android 7 and 8 and it sometimes freeze its shade, and I have android 11 so sentio is not a good solution for me at all and taskbar opens default shade in very bad position. Plz add custom shade.

@farmerbb it is can be a good feature, and I think many user want it, could you add a label for it, and make a plan for it?
