Add Basic Pause Functionality

Users (and Devs) need to be able to pause the game. Scope of this ticket is to have basic pause functionality (not a pause menu).

NEEDS:

Hotkey for pausing on keyboard (proposing Esc or P keys, but that will depend on if the browser picks it up instead of the game)
On-screen GUI element (||) so that touchscreens can pause
Auto-pause if the tab loses focus
Auto-pause if the mobile browser loses focus (not sure if this is different than the tab above)

UI ELEMENT:

Find a good location (suggesting corner upper-left or upper-right, opposite of minimap)
Keep it at about 15-25% opacity
NICE TO HAVE: Pause sprite at ~50% opacity while paused or before game starts, and fades to 15-25% after game starts

stole those icons from Cow-Boom! in case you want to use them as temp or final

I don't think we need the play icon necessarily, but including just in case.
