Can't use ipod touch to file transfer

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Every time I attempt to "start File Transfer Server"

What is the expected output or behavior?  What do you see instead?
I expect file transfer. Nothing. on the ipod it shows it works, but the browser 
will not recognize it.

What version of Frotz are you using?
1.4.1

What version of iPhone/iPod Touch OS? (2.2.1, 3.0, 3.1.2, etc.)
3.1.3
version 4.0
What device model are you using (iPod Touch 2nd gen, iPhone 3G, etc.)
iPhone 3GS
ipod touvh 3G

This feature works fine for most people, and there is not enough information in 
this report to even begin to diagnose what may be going wrong in your 
particular situation.

Are you using the http or the ftp URL in your browser?  What browser are you 
using, and on what platform?  Are you on a wi-fi network?  Are there any 
firewalls on your network or your computer?   What error message does the 
browser give, or does it just hang?
