Disable completion in URL search bar #32

In the IFDB browser, dictionary word completion is still enabled.  It shouldn't 
be.

This bug refers to INCORRECT completion when it doesn't make sense, like in a 
URL.
If you want to turn off command completion at the story prompt, please file a 
separate feature request, but if so, 
please explain why you'd want to.  Does it do a bad job or get in your way?  
I'd rather improve it than disable it.
