In-Gem Menus Don't Display All Options

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Play Anchorhead
2. Read a book with in-game menus

What is the expected output or behavior?  What do you see instead?
I expect to see all menu options.  However, I see three options and more 
appears as a I read 
them.

What version of Frotz are you using?
1.01

What version of iPhone/iPod Touch OS? (2.0, 2.0.1, 2.0.2)
2.0.2
