Hi! Nice try you did there! I would like to provide little help with your project. I am currently using 2 out of 3 algo coming from [1]. They are in Matlab and C. You can find them here [2]. Those algorithm does not come from me but before the end of this calendar year, I will publish and upload one of my algo which will directly compare to those cited above. I will keep you up to date! I also think you did not mention [3].

i've added https://github.com/faroit/reproducible-audio-research/blob/master/papers/gouyon14.md. [3] is more a demo than reproducible code, so I've not included it.

Check back here, we currently have course at @audiolabs that aims to reproduce the papers. We will link the source code of these projects later
