Expanded challonge widget #7

I expanded the functionality of the challonge widget. Some work still needs to be done to prevent bad settings from causing issues in the app, but I figure it's been a while since I pushed anything, and I've been successfully using this for my own stream, so I'll throw it out there.

I also created some documentation on the gh-pages branch and copied over the existing documentation, but I've just realised I can't make a pull request for that as the gh-pages branch needs to exist on your repository too. Just tried it out. It seems to work as advertised. Will take a closer look and maybe make some changes (like adding a option to not override fields that are already filled) when I'm done with this event I'm preparing for but I've merged it for now.
