Re-Write Intro/Conclusion w/o Jargon/Technical #27

The paper as written is too technical and jargon laden for Nature. The topic and result are, in my judgement, of interest to Nature readers, and I recommend consideration for publication with a significant rewrite of the abstract, introduction and conclusion to make it more acceptable to a general audience.
