Minor Issues from Christopher #3

Hi,

A few small comments:

Line 47: "as observed" could be read that this is in agreement, whereas you mean the opposite.

"O1" is not defined.

It might be useful to point out that Vitale et al. includes antialigned configurations in their aligned >population and hence loses the resolving power of negative chi_eff.

Could you remove the LVC as the first author of:1611.07531?
