Remove "Agreement/Disagreement" with Stevenson+ Vitale+ #36

The argument in the conclusion that this paper agrees with Stevenson et al 2017, as opposed to Vitale et al, is somewhat misleading, as there is substantial overlap in authorship and methodology between Stevenson et al and this paper. The consistency of these results should not be implied to constitute independent verification of them.

Fixed in the revising of the Vitale+, Stevenson+ references in commit 226e99183f1a
