Install GBPCEFwr64.deb in Dockerfile #12

Every time the container is run, GBPCEFwr64.deb is installed. Thus for performance reasons it is better to install GBPCEFwr64.deb in Dockerfile instead of to do it in startup.sh.

Will being close this PR because has same dicussion, also PR #2 and my comment in a issue about of install the warsaw on the container.

I accepted PR #2 but not apply the on master branch. I think erasing the branch.
