Additional Interface Options #13

This sprint would investigate the feasibility of adding additional interface options to Ishmael. Currently the only method available to interact with the program is through it's own menu prompts when run on the command line.

Adding these interfaces makes the tool more approachable for the average user and gives people familiar with command line workflows the option to easily impliment the technique.

I've currently created a command line only interface for this program. I have not tested to verify it works, as my current windows build doesn't want to play nice with running python on the command line. I'llb e testing it soon. View the commandline only version here.

The command line only interface for this program does indeed work. I will be moving on to try and develop a GUI version of this project to aid in ease of use for people less comfortable running programs from the command line.
