只是理念分歧。linus只关注代码公有，软件成品怎么用他认为不应该规定。stallman则认为软件成品也不应该私有化。 作为用户应该会觉得gplv3更合理吧。否则厂商都会钻gplv2的空子，把软件锁住。既开源又封闭。用户拿到一堆不能用的代码，违背自由软件精神。 不过要是linux用了gplv3，可能专有设备就不会用它了，它就没有今日的辉煌了。
