Feature Request: System Security Avoidance #6

Allow avoidance based on system security type.

This is something on my priority list - it's a feature I would need myself :) For example, Pathfinder would display paths through wormholes even though it wouldn't save any jumps.

Adding an "effort" mechanism to specify the amount of work it would require to go through high-sec, low-sec, null-sec, w-space would be really useful. Trying to keep the path below a certain security threshold could be useful, also.
