Tag stringing - Use multiple tags to move files

Issue Description:

In my workflow, there is a need to effectively organize files into specific folders based on tags. The file organization involves the following folders:

The "project" folder: This folder contains general project-related files, which are currently in progress and unsorted.
The "project/kb" folder: Files that are part of the knowledgebase should be moved to this folder.
The "project/todo/open" and "project/todo/done-archive" folders: Files tagged with state-related tags, specifically "state:open," should be placed in the "project/todo/open" folder. Files with the "state:done" tag should be moved to the "project/todo/done-archive" folder.

Expected Behavior:

The expected behavior for file organization is as follows:

Files tagged solely with "#project" should be automatically moved to the "project" folder.
Files tagged with both "#project" and "#kb" should be moved to the "project/kb" folder, excluding them from the knowledgebase folder.
Files tagged with "state:open" should be placed in the "project/todo/open" folder, separate from the knowledgebase.
Files tagged with "state:done" should be moved to the "project/todo/done-archive" folder, keeping them organized apart from the knowledgebase.

Proposed Feature:

To fulfill the desired functionality, the following enhancements should be implemented in the file organization plugin:

Support for Tag Stringing: Enable the ability to string tags together, allowing multiple tags to be associated with a single folder. For example, the tag combination "#project #kb" would map to the "project/kb" folder.

Additional Context: By enabling tag stringing, we can achieve a more flexible and comprehensive file organization system. This enhancement will empower users to assign files to specific folders based on multiple tags, improving the overall efficiency and organization of their projects.
