Feature request: Link or copy notes to folder instead of moving

I'd like to be able to add a tag to a note, and have it be linked in the index note of a folder, as well as moved to some other folder. For instance, if I have a tag "family" and a tag "important", it would be convenient for the note to move to the "family" folder, but be linked in the "important" index note.
