Browse allele within the same fov #2

There should be back and forth button to let user see the next one and previous one.

[x] 1. maintaining existing fov numbers and allele numbers
[x] 2. only show select options of existing fov and allele
[x] 3. button to go back and forth
[x] 4. make select value change accordingly with prev and next button
[ ] 5. reorganize the layout
