Data Browser for user to select data to view directly

1. fetch metadata from backend to generate table for user to select data to view directly
2. add configuration option to choose auto filling and plot all points
3. fix edge cases

Fix edge cases scenario:

• use filter without select any two points
• select two points which does/do not exist in the next allele
• cannot find any pairs with the given filter threshold.
