ttrss: Tag feeds with TTRSS category #46

This is a partial fix for #32, namely for TTRSS. Automatically tag feeds with their set Category (Folder).

I did not put any option in to disable this feature - I'm not sure if someone would want to do so.

I'm not familiar with this codebase so everything might not be idiomatic, so feel free request the necessary changes :)
