This suggestion is out of the use of iSpy which uses AForge. I assume it uses
AForge for motion detection. Please delete this request if the assumption is
wrong.
It seems that luminance change triggers motion detection even when no objects
are moving. It would be ideal to ignore luminance change in motion detection.
