Travis-ci Bug! #28

The current build is stuck at a commit and travis isn't allowing the settings to change. Which are stuck at off, syncing projects doesn't help.

The problem seems to have corrected itself either by the travic team or I was behind the wirewall and it wasnt making the change to the settings because of it.
