Mission file: engine setting for cruise segement is not used #396

Describe the bug when using a custom mission file, if a cruise segment is specified with a target altitude, whatever the provided engine_setting, the resulting CSV has 2 (i.e. climb setting) as engine setting for the cruise phase.

To Reproduce This archive provides a test case, runnable with fastoad eval conf.yml -f
