Modification of mission outputs

This PR brings 2 main modifications:

• "specific burned fuel" (mission fuel / payload / mission range) is now an output for normal mission and payload-range computation
• In payload-range, the 2 MTOW points of contour are added to grid outputs to enhance the heat map plot.

Additionally:

• the management of variable names has been enhanced in payload_range.py code
• a bug has been fixed about missing outputs when taxi-out and takeoff were automatically added (for backward compatibility, if not start point in the mission definition)
• unit tests of mission components now cover some cases with is_sizing option True
