Pinned Group Speed Dial in Brave Browser (Chromium?) replaced by Brave dashboard after browser restart. What can I do?

This is a Brave bug, you need to report it to them. It looks like the Brave will try to "pre-load" the pinned tab when the browser starts but the extension is probably still loading so the Brave will fall-back into their own dashboard page.

I've tested it in Chrome where it works as expected and I've also tested it in Brave using different extension where the same problem appears.
