Remember the last group opened - Vivaldi Browser #339

Describe the bug I'm using the Vivaldi Browser and the "Remember the last group opened" selection is not working. As a comparision, in Firefox it works as expected.

Steps To Reproduce Just make the selection "Remember the last group opened"

Expected behavior To remember the last group opened.

Additional info Add any other info about the problem here.

Hello, Was it working before? I've released new version a day ago so I wonder if I broke it now :)

Honestly, I could not confirm that since I had not been using Vivaldi very much and recently reinstalled it. That said, I tried it disabling all other extensions and still is not working as expected.

But I can tell you that under Microsoft Edge and Firefox it's working fine. So, it seems to be very specific to Vivaldi, I wonder if there is a Vivaldi specific setting that is causing the problem.
