Grag and drag mode does not take zoom percentage into account #36

Describe the bug Grag and drag mode scroll speed should be multipled with the current page zoom ratio.

Steps To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to any webpage
  2. Zoom in or Zoom out the page
  3. The grab and drag speed is either become too slow or too fast, depending on the page zoom ratio

Expected behavior The scroll speed should be independent with the page zoom ratio.
