Scrollbar style is not applied on some pages #41

Sorry if this is not the correct place to put it but https://www.youtube.com doesn't let to change it scroll bar color.

@jusore - this is by design. The scrollbar style is being used only if page doesn't define it's own.

But I could add a switch in the Options page to force the scrollbar look on all pages.
