google.com works google.Country doesn't work for example google.de

Hello, Some providers needs to be enabled manually - click the toolbar icon to open the popup window and you should see a button to enable it for the "google.de" host.

I didn't wanted to request 200+ hosts permissions during the installation so I've made them all optional. This means, by default it will work only Google.com and DuckDuckGo.com, all the rest needs to be enabled through the popup window. I realize it's less comfortable, but it should be more transparent and "secure" for the user.

Thanks , i have looked in the settings in the plugin not in the settings in the menu when hitting the symbol. Thanks Alot
