Docs: Update Google Cloud products and pricing (2) #495

Small update following #488. GPUs aren't available on N2 and N2D instances, so this PR switches it back to N1 instances. Thanks to @danfrankj for reporting this issue.

Hi folks - Thanks for working through this.

@jph00 - Do you think we could merge this? Folks are getting confused because the directions published on the course website right now do not work for GCP.
