This PR contains the deployment documentation for fast.ai models on SeeMe.ai. How to deploy them, use them on different platforms and share them with others.

Thanks looks good. I'll merge this, but please do another PR which addresses these:

The page is on fast.ai's domain, so remove all use of "we", since SeeMe isn't provided by fast.ai
Add pricing and quota/limit information
