The first three chapters have been explicitly written in a way that will allow executives, product managers, etc. to understand the most important things they'll need to know about deep learning -- if that's you, just skip over the code in those sections.
Shouldn't this say, "if that's not you just skip over..." or better "if you're an experienced coder just skip over..."?
