ERROR: pip's dependency resolver #12

When executing step #2 of the "Is it a bird?" notebook, I get this error:

ERROR: pip's dependency resolver does not currently take into account all the packages that are installed. How can I resolve this?

I am getting the same error

edit: after going through the rest of the guide it appears that we can ignore that warning as stated in the comment in the notebook: "#NB: You can safely ignore any warnings or errors pip spits out about running as root or incompatibilities"
