Familiarity with the the neptune library or fastai's callback system

The neptune callback is deprecated and is replaced with neptune's own implementation in the neptune-client, so we don't need to document it.

We should remove the callback, as I believe it doesn't work, and probably add a deprecation notice in fastai.
