matlab/example/helm_scatt_Dir.m plus various +geometry documentation

@askhamwhat @ludvigak @mrachh we sorely needed an example in the repo. I did one.

I was stuck on debug because planewave.m does not normalize its direction vector dir. I propose that it should, so that the wavenumber is guaranteed zk. Can I make this change?
