This PR restructures the directory replacing the examples folder with a tutorials folder with an ordered list of tutorials for users. It also adds an incomplete subfolder for the tutorials that aren't production ready. Freesound and googlespeech tutorials (still incomplete) are added, and the README is updated based on user feedback.
