Docker image version was always set with the 8 character SHA-1. Now, if a tag is being pushed, using the version information from the tag to set the version. There is probably room for improvement but this a quick fix in order to be able to included proper versioning of Docker image in https://github.com/fasten-project/k8s-deployments/pull/49/files#diff-3deacc2591898c93db6e1973c4122a1a2f7c582a5c21bbf1d995bbc87abe315dR19
